Operations Supervisor

Requirements:

• You are a clear thinker, organized, self starter, leader and a team player.
• You enjoy responsibility, quality services and workmanship and are a natural motivator
• Ability to train and direct staff – onboarding and ongoing continuous improvement
• Knowledge of training procedures for staff
• Knowledge of accepted industry practices relating to all services provided by our company
• Previous supervisory experience in grounds maintenance and/or landscape construction
• “Perfectionist” always striving for better results in both project completion and budgeting
• Knowledge of safety procedures and use of PPE
• Ability to participate with management team, communicate verbally and in writing
• Clean G Driver’s License verified with a recent Driver’s Abstract
